Logivey, a concept and brand within Swede-Wheel.

At Swede-Wheel, we recently set new ambitious and long-term goals and embarked on a new journey together. Our journey will be characterized by our guiding principle of "joy," and we will always have our slogan "makes it easier" backing us in every decision we make along the way.

Around 2015, we developed a range of non-powered conveyors, which at that time was a smaller and complementary assortment to assist a customer. Over the years, we have continued to enhance the range with smarter solutions in non-powered material handling. Today, we have a well-developed offering with a growing range of products and related items that we want to continue investing in.

Simply put, we have chosen to give a collective name to the range we previously referred to as conveyors, namely Logivey, with the addition of "by Swede-Wheel." This addition clarifies that Logivey is not a separate company but a concept/brand within Swede-Wheel AB.

Box Conveyor

Non-powered conveyors create efficient flows, both for moving goods and as a staging area. The support legs are continuously adjustable in height, and the slope of the conveyor bed can be adjusted to provide the desired gravitational assistance to the goods you want to move. With a slight slope, you can easily push, for example, a package by hand at a packing station. With a steeper slope, the goods will roll away solely with the help of gravity.

Pallet Conveyor

A non-powered pallet conveyor designed for pallet handling creates efficient flows. It serves both as a means of transporting goods and as a storage area. The support legs can be adjusted in height continuously, and the slope of the conveyor bed can be adjusted to provide the desired gravitational assistance to the goods you want to move. With a slight slope, you can easily push a pallet by hand. With a steeper slope, the pallet will roll away solely with the help of gravity.

Ball Unit

Ball units are a great way to build an efficient workspace for package handling. Place the ball units with a center-to-center measurement that is one-third of the minimum width of the box. There are several ways to mount the ball units, so choose the appropriate model below. Ball units are designed to be used with the ball facing upward. If you still choose to use them with the ball facing downward, remember that the load capacity is halved. The lifespan of the ball units is also greatly affected by the cleanliness and flatness of the floor surface.

Using clips, you can efficiently mount the recessed ball units (BUSP). First, mount the clips from above, and then push the ball unit down. The clips will secure the ball unit in place.

Flowrack

Flowracks are commonly used in pallet racking systems to facilitate the flow of transport boxes and cartons, following the first-in, first-out principle. But with our flowracks, you also get the flexibility to create a customized mini conveyor according to your own ideas! Place the flowracks with a spacing that fits the minimum width of the box divided by three, or closer together if the load is heavier.
