Personal data we collect 

We mainly operate in a B2B environment and therefore primarily process company-related data. However, we may process the following categories of personal data related to employees, client contacts and suppliers:

  • Company name, VAT number, address, invoice and freight details 

  • Other data you provide in connection with business communication (e.g., via email, contracts or meetings) 
     

We may also use your email address for newsletter communication and updates, if you have given your consent. 

We aim to process as little personal data as possible.

  • Contracts: Stored as long as the agreement is active and for a reasonable period thereafter.

  • General contact details: As long as the business relationship is active or until deletion is requested.
