What did you do before you came to us?

Before I came to Swede-Wheel, I have been in the real estate industry as an accountant.

 

How does the work of a real estate company differ versus here?

As in so many other areas, there are rules to follow when it comes to finances so that perspective the work does not differ so much. What differs now from before is that we had 100 different companies, here there are two and also manufacturing companies so the difference is manufacturing and inventory management in broad terms.

 

Why did you choose to come to Swede-Wheel?

I think Swede-Wheel is an exciting company that strives to develop and be at the forefront. I've always thought there's something certain about smaller family-owned businesses. The commitment that exists above all, but also the family feeling that permeates most things.

 

What will your work look like in 15 years? What will be the big questions and challenges then?

Wow! Difficult question – but I believe in digitization and automatization. You already look a lot today at what you can do differently to automate flow and processes that exist and that is something that I think will increase more and more over time.  It will be important to have well-developed processes and flows so that the transition is easier for everyone.

 

What do you do when you're not at work?

Then I like to spend time with my family and friends, maybe with a padel match or similar. Thrives very well out in nature, either on foot or on a mountain bike.

 

 

There is a rumor that you are a Swedish champion in bowling, tell us more!

Haha! Oh, is it? Nothing I've heard.

But there may be some truth to that. I have a past as a bowler at a fairly high level. And during my years where I bowled the most, I managed to win the Swedish Championship three times, so you could say that the rumor is true!

Cooking and above all broadening my horizons and not always cooking the same food!

What's your New Year's resolution in 2023?

Nothing dazzling, but you always strive for less sweets, exercise more, etc. (I’m super weak for cookies...)

 

Your dream place to live in (After Hillerstorp)?

My dream place to live would be Nashville.

Have a life on a ranch with all that it entails and living the country life!
