Fanny makes it easier
We warmly welcome Fanny Åberg to Swede-Wheel and our Sales Department! Fanny has just graduated from her studies in Sales & Marketing and is already an important part of the team. With energy, curiosity and hopefully some new knowledge to bring to the table, she is ready to take on her new role in Customer Support and Inside Sales!
Hi Fanny! Tell us, who are you?
Hi, I’m a 22-year-old girl who was born and raised just outside Hestra. I recently started playing golf and have become completely hooked, so these days my evenings are mostly spent trying to lower my handicap, which is going… well, not so great…
What did you do before becoming part of the Swede-Wheel team?
I graduated from the Business and Economics Programme in 2023. After that, I worked for a year at a warehouse in Gnosjö, and then I took the step of moving to Gothenburg to study. In Gothenburg, I completed a two-year vocational higher education programme in International Sales and Marketing, which I graduated from this spring.
What experience are you bringing with you to Swede-Wheel?
I hope that what I have learned during my studies can provide a good foundation for my work here at Swede-Wheel, and that the experience I have gained along the way will come in handy in my work.
Why did you choose to join Swede-Wheel?
After my years in Gothenburg, I started looking to move back home again, and I quickly saw that Swede-Wheel was looking for an inside sales/customer service representative. It seemed like a great fit, especially since I had studied sales. I had also heard a lot of good things about the company from different people, which made it feel like the right choice.
Was there anything that surprised you when you started at Swede-Wheel?
All the machines and robots here, and how automated the production is. I thought it was really cool to get the chance to go out and see them in action and see how quickly they are able to produce the products.
What do you think will be your biggest challenges?
Understanding that a wheel is not just a wheel, but that there are so many different types of wheels that can be used for so many different things. So, I think learning about all the different wheels will be a challenge for me.

Do you have a hidden talent?
Hmm, I would say I’m pretty good at baking 😉
What would you like to get better at?
Golf, right now – I guess I’ll have to start training hard!
Favourite dish?
I’d probably have to say burgers, actually.
What is important in a colleague?
Being easy to work with, while also being able to have fun together.
Where do you spend your holidays?
Ideally in Italy, but the Swedish west coast works too!
