Today, we're talking with Emilia, a 22-year-old football enthusiast from Hillerstorp. Emilia has recently joined Swede-Wheel, where she brings energy and enthusiasm to her role in sales support.
HI EMILIA! TELL US, WHO ARE YOU?
I'm a 22-year-old from Hillerstorp, born and raised here! I'm a big football fan and have played most of my life. Now, I spend my football career in front of the TV, cheering for IFK Värnamo and Liverpool!
WHAT WERE YOU DOING BEFORE YOU STARTED AT SWEDE-WHEEL?
I graduated from the economics program at GKC in 2022. After that, I worked for a year as a resource at Hillerstorp School, which was both fun and educational. But during the summer of 2023, I made the switch to Swede-Wheel!
WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO START AT SWEDE-WHEEL?
I was looking for new challenges, and when I saw the job advertisement and learned more about the company, it felt just right. The role offers a lot of variety and entails many challenges, such as extensive customer contact and problem-solving, but it also gives me the opportunity to be part of a fantastic team.
WERE YOU SURPRISED BY ANYTHING WHEN YOU STARTED AT SWEDE-WHEEL?
I was surprised by how many different types of wheels there actually are! I had never thought about it before, but there are endless variations and solutions – the possibilities are limitless with us! It also feels like everyone is aiming in the same direction and genuinely wants to develop and improve.
WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES IN YOUR JOB?
It's a challenge to learn everything about wheels and to skillfully handle problem-solving. Luckily, I have Nisse, our technical support, as backup. What he doesn't know isn't worth knowing!
HOW DO YOU SEE THE FUTURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?
I think AI will play a big role, but I hope it doesn’t take over completely.

Yes, but unfortunately, it's so hidden that I don't know about it myself… 😉

Right now – playing golf.
