Bakery Castor

Our range of high temperature wheels are developed over more than 50 years to withstand extreme temperatures. They are frequently used intermittent at for example bakeries, and have a superior life length. They are as well often choosen for continous use in other applications, where the life length varies accordingly to the individual environment.

They are non-marking and have an excellent resistance to water, most solvents, oils and chemicals. They have excellent fire-smoke-toxicity properties, and are certified for use in food industry and for any oven application requiring temperatures up to +260°C /+280°C with peaks of +300°C less than 60 seconds. They can resist temperatures down to -40°C, and can as well withstand thermal shock caused by quick changes in the temperature.

Spoke wheels

Our spoke wheels are developed for the design and function requirements that are placed on, for example, cleaning trolleys. The wheel tread is made of foamed polyurethane that easily rolls over thresholds and other obstacles without bouncing. The same function as a pneumatic wheel, but there is no air that can leak out. The wheel hub is designed to be mounted as a fork-mounted wheel with two ball bearings (bore 15 mm), or with one of the ball bearings in a smaller version and off-centred (bore 12 mm) as a cantilever wheel. In addition, we have a bush that simplifies the assembly, watch our movie! If you order our bush-mounted spoke wheels, a set of end covers and axel covers will be included that will give you a clean and stylish design. Then there are no protruding shafts that can damage your walls!

Shopping cart

The name speaks for itself. We got the full range of standard shopping cart wheels and castors. Reinforced and standard castors with plain and ball bearing. 

Rail wheels

With Rail wheels and rails you can control your trolley in a predetermined course. Even a heavy carriage is easy to move with metal wheels against a metal rail. The V-groove wheels have two flanges and can also be rolled directly on the floor, with a iron rod that only controls the direction. Choose cast iron wheels if you would rather wear the wheel than the rail, otherwise the steel wheel. It is the softest material that will wear the most!

ESD

Our range of electrically conductive ESD wheels is designed to prevent an static charge from being built on a trolley. To safely transport sensitive electronic equipment without risking exposing your products to an electric shock, you must remove static electricity from the trolley, through the wheels and further into your floor. Of course, the floor must also be conductive in order for the charge to be removed.

Ladder wheels

You can easily move your ladder with our ladder wheels. Step up on the ladder and the ladder wheels spring away. When standing on the ladder the legs of the ladder stand firmly on the floor. The suspension depth is 0 mm at 5 kg and reaches its maximum value of 21 mm at 20 kg load.

Steering wheels

The guide wheels with precision ball bearings can be used to center, for example, an elevator in the middle of an elevator shaft.

Steering wheels can also be used for horizontal steering of goods, eg in roller conveyor curves.

Pallet truck wheels

There are many different sizes and versions of pallet truck wheels. Our range includes the most common sizes. 
Cast iron wheels with a PU tread is the most frequent used version, but we can as well offer nylon wheels, and wheels with a TPU tread.

Low height castors

If you have limited space in height, you can use our low-height castors.

As an example our castor with a 35 mm PU-wheel can carry 100 kg, but the total height is only 58 mm.

The low height range comes in wheels with PU thread, nylon or steel. 

Cushioncaster

The Cushioncaster is designed for equipment that needs to be mobile but when in place needs to be completely stationary and vibration dampened. The good designed castor with the multi-functions will increase the value of your equipment. The adjustable antivibration footpad enables you to level your equipment and to absorb the vibrations. Whenever you need to move your equipment just unscrew the footpad and roll away.

The footpad is used to create a pressure to the floor to ensure that your equipment is levelled, stationary and vibration dampened. In case of uneven floor, lower firstly the footpad on the two loaded castors, and thereafter you lower and level the other two footpads. Finally unscrew one of the first two footpads and level them. NB! The footpads are not intended to lift loaded castor, only to create a pressure and a friction to the floor.
